Steve Ust has 20 years in the construction business. He has experience in building new homes, remodeling, agricultural buildings and light commercial instruction. Steve has extensive experience which allows him to give a valuable evaluation of the property you are purchasing.
Steve is currently the Brookings County Building Inspector and has several years of experience in the home inspection business.
Steve offers home and property inspections and radon gas testing services. When he completes his inspection, he will provide you with a detailed report on the condition of the property you are purchasing.
